Cataract, a clouding of the eyes that can lead to blindness, is still very common across Indonesia — particularly in rural areas where people are unable to afford proper care. To combat the ailment, Lohia Foundation joined hands with A New Vision in offering free cataract operations to 1,000 patients in Jombang, East Java, from April 23 to 26.
