The Remain of Fish

The remain of fish from restaurant or fish packing factory didn't go to the waste disposal. Some people in Muara Baru, North Jakarta - Indonesia make the remaining fish as the gudgeon or as dried food for fish breeding.
Located in the edge of firth, the process of fish disposal began. Even the bad smell from the fish disposal annoyed but the process is going on in traditional way and relatively easy except for packing which hasn't done there.
After completely collected, the remain fish is put into a container which put in fireplace for few hours to soft the bone. Then it is dried in the sun till it ready to sent for packaging.
The owner income is 2.5 million rupiah in a week and for the worker who proceed the fish disposal can reach 5 millions in a month.
